EDC Burgos team rescues a Brahminy Kite
Last October 30, the Energy Development Corporation Wind Power Corporation (EBWPC) Head Engr. Andy Durog rescued a Brahminy Kite, known locally as “lawin,” when it was swept by strong winds, causing the bird to hit his car’s bumper.
