North Luzon cooperatives choose renewable power
Geothermal leader Energy Development Corporation (EDC) signed a Power Supply Agreement (PSA) with Ilocos Norte Electric Cooperative (INEC), Mountain Province Electric Cooperative (MOPRECO), and Kalinga-Apayao Electric Cooperative (KAELCO).
